Here is what I came up with:

Paper: Kraft (Brazill), Brown and Beige texture (... I can't remember), Textured Whisper White (Stampin' Up)
Accessories:  Bakers Twine (Stampin' Up!), Seam Binding ( Zipperstop), Prima Flower (Michaels)
